These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the official K19 website.
By placing an order through the K19 website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. K19 PRO
K19 Pro is a professional billiard and snooker referee glove designed specifically for referees.
K19 Pro is currently the only product offered for sale through the K19 website.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
K19 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and specifications displayed on the website are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustration and may vary slightly depending on screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances.
3. PRICES
The price of K19 Pro is displayed on the official K19 website.
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
K19 reserves the right to change prices before an order is placed. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
4. ORDERS
An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and the payment has been successfully authorised.
K19 reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, obvious pricing errors, or circumstances beyond K19's reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable payment amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Payment methods available to customers are displayed during the checkout process.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.
K19 does not have access to or store complete payment card details where payment is processed directly by an authorised payment provider.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery conditions are described on the K19 Shipping & Delivery page.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside K19's reasonable control, including customs procedures, local delivery services, weather conditions, transportation delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the K19 Returns & Refunds policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
8. PRODUCT USE
K19 Pro is designed specifically for billiard and snooker referees.
Customers are responsible for using the product appropriately and in accordance with any care or product instructions supplied with the product.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The K19 name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, text and other content appearing on the K19 website are the property of K19 or are used with the appropriate rights.
No website content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission from K19, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. WEBSITE USE
Customers agree to use the K19 website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, K19 shall not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

13. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
